Description: A 6'6" northern man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His yellow fur is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He takes great joy in being the best Ploughman in town.

History: Born in the north to a Ploughman, Dynamic learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new ploughman responsibilities is difficult

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is an epitome of beauty. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Heian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has wavy chestnut hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: He was born into a rich family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Gimgen's homeland. Gimgen decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is cut short. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
