Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ogbur was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
