History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Rûg began to lead the lost caravan. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rûg never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cask grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cask. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
