Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A true patriot, Nykkan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nykkan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Nykkan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
