She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Seraphina was born with her mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Seraphina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Seraphina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
