Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Ahvain was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull violet iron scale mail. He has no hair. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 74. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Travok was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: 2'8" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She wears a colorful flower in her golden hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born to a Shepherd, her father struggled to pay the bills. Chenna was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chenna decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
