Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Pallabar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: He wears a red tunic with brown highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Pirithin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Pirithin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Pirithin was born the youngest of three triplets. Pirithin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pirithin decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
