History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'0". He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple pastel line shooting up and back down. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Torz was born the youngest of three triplets. Torz was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Torz decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
