History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Ilga was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ilga decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
