Description: This slender woman stands about 3'2". She wears blue trousers with white and blue striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Shamil was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her crest is copper and very short. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Pogranix was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: She has a missing right leg. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. Damaia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears dull blue sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed spear, just in case. Her brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: Loopmottin hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
