History: Verin hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Verin was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Wrenn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
