Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
