History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Ootah was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
