History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Howard was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sellsword. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Hugh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
