History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Merla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Merla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
