History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Heather has worked very hard to control her curse. She has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing her hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Cartwright does. Her cinnamon fur is knotted and matted. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
