History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jarana grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Gerbo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and revenge
