Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is a great chef.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears a black shirt with thin white vertical stripes and violet pants. He carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. His bronze crest is knotted and matted. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Shamash is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Shamash was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 4'9" and wears a tight fitting violet shirt and pants. Her hair is long and blonde with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small violet clips. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Faral was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Faral's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
