Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting goblins, the young Syllin began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Barrister, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She became a Dyer soon after.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
