History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Armara decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Leucis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Revenge; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with her Barkeep mother left her crippled. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is greedy
