History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
