Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Justin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Justin was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Armorer. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
