History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Bella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Bella was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bella's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has worked as a Cartwright like her father before her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she feels threatened by others

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
