Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Târz was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
