Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Fistula is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Fistula was born the youngest of three triplets. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the south to a Interpreter, Virra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Virra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Virra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Virra and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
