History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Now she works as a poetry tutor during her time off.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Rose learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rose has worked very hard to control her curse. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses divination through singing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
