He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Beloril was born with his father's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.
