History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Rendar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rendar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Koeth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
