History: Rathkran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Tagga was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Fortune-teller. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Donella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
