History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His silver hair is lengthy. His eyes are likewise silver. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Marbas's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Marbas took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: An older woman who sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, she is not a threatening figure. Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
