Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rathkran isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Artin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
