History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugolina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Akta was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Akta alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
