History: She was raised in a island tribe. Through the years after Matilda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Matilda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Performer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Bertram liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
