Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hand crossbow. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. Aelar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When Aelar reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Description: She is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather. She carries a battered morningstar and tarnished nunchaku as well. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length auburn hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, white cloak. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
