Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: Agnes is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Agnes was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Guard, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cairn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This man wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hamil does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hamil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blue crest is still thick. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
