His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
