Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Glim hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Glim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. She's also a talented Slave Trader, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent mother
