Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for her, and Juliana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When Juliana reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away.
