History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Patrick was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Mary has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and balancing her hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
