History: Valida was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Valida abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
