Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A 5'9" northern man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has no fur. His eyes are likewise yellow. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for him, and Beast does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Beast was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to share knowledge with the world
