Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: Hamil hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Naeris was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Engraver. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She worked as a nervous Engraver and found it very stressful. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
