Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken from his home at a very young age. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's attracted to the pc

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Shadow does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. Through the years after Shadow was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shadow's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
