Quarion was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bather. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
