Through the years after Nurkara was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carpenter. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Nuthra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Doctor, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to prove his worth to the world
