Description: He dresses like a well dressed Banker does. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His green eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Gifted from a young age, Lance studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Banker for the past few years.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a yellow coat. His tied-back hair is auburn. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Bonds: Adventurer, Nature, Rich. Occupation: Tailor

Description: 5'11" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a black shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and yellow pants. She has dyed her greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mastema grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: He is typically in his Cartwright uniform. He is portly but not overly obese. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and an old rival family wants him found
