Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Birel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
