History: Gifted from a young age, Ortegar studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears a red collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He is physically well-built. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When Vlorn reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
