Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jillian embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jillian is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has green eyes.

Personality: Jocelyn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and further expansion of business
