Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born to a Assassin, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
